Six Color Press
Coast Label offers state-of-the-art equipment and technology including the recently purchased RotoPress Model 3510 (pictured below). This versatile machine features a 10 3/4 inch flexographic printing and converting system, and the latest and most advanced capabilities including very close registration, back printing and adhesive deadening.
Pre-Press
 We have invested in the professional graphics software ArtPro to enhance our ability to serve our customers and speed our pre-press processes. This sophisticated program plus other popular design software have given Coast Label an unsurpassed in-house capability to accept and enhance customer-supplied label artwork -- in any program, on any platform. Our software, which includes QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Pagemaker and Macromedia FreeHand allows our skilled graphic designers to manipulate virtually any artwork into an appropriate format for label printing.
The pre-press department includes an Alan RIP, designed especially for the label industry, and a drum imagesetter, which utilizes laser-to-image on film to provide unsurpassed accuracy.
